Self-Assessment Form
For most small to medium sized businesses, determining what real compliance looks
like on your site can be a challenge.
At Hazero, we help to make the complex become simple, starting with our simple site assessment tool. This handy tool takes you step by step through an analysis of the hazardous substances you currently have, along with the level of compliance and response capability in place.
Once you have completed the self-assessment form send it to info@hazero.co.nz. We'll assess it and report back to you promptly with recommendations to get you up to speed quickly.
On Site Assessments
Sometimes sites or situations are too complex to assess yourself.
While you might think calling in a Compliance Certifier would be the next step, consider engaging one of the Hazero professionals first.
Our team has years of industry and regulatory knowledge from working on hundreds of workplaces across New Zealand.
For your peace of mind, we can visit your site and carry out a comprehensive assessment before completing a report and submitting recommendations to you for your consideration.
Our site appraisals are obligation free and generally we offer these as a complimentary service.
