Leadership Update at Hazero

We are pleased to share an important evolution within the Hazero team as we continue to strengthen our leadership for the next phase of growth.

Reuben Deck has been appointed General Manager, stepping into the role to lead Hazero’s ongoing expansion and operational excellence. Reuben has played a key role in shaping the business to date, and his leadership will ensure we continue to deliver practical, high-performance safety solutions to our customers.

At the same time, Arnie Deck will transition into a dedicated Business Development role, focusing on new opportunities, partnerships, and future growth areas for Hazero. Arnie remains deeply involved in the business, bringing the same industry expertise and forward-thinking approach that has been foundational to where we are today.

This transition reflects a natural progression for Hazero, strengthening leadership while creating space to pursue new opportunities and continued innovation.
